Hi, I’m Beth Ryan

Registered midwife, master of public health graduate, and mum of two. After years of working in the birth space, I saw firsthand how access to evidence-based, empowering information can transform a birth experience—no matter how it unfolds. But too many parents feel overwhelmed, confused, and unsure where to turn. 

I created PowerBirth to help you trust your body, navigate the maternity system with ease, and feel confident in your birth choices. Because when you’re informed and empowered, you can step into parenthood feeling strong, supported, and ready. 

Now, I work alongside a team of like-minded midwives who share this philosophy—we can't wait to meet you and support you on your way to a positive birth.
